Tough Prosecutor, Decorated Soldier, Respected Police Officer
James Angelino has been endorsed for District Attorney by:
- The McKinney Police Association
- The Dallas Police Association
- Denton County Sheriff Benny Parkey
- The McKinney Fraternal Organization of Police
- The Dallas Fraternal Organization of Police
On March 2nd, the citizens of Collin County will head to the polls to choose a new District Attorney.
When it comes to keeping the families of Collin County safe, the choice is clear.
In a crowded field of candidates only one has ever stepped out from behind his desk and put his life on the line for our safety.
James Angelino was decorated twice for saving lives as a police officer, and he was awarded the Bronze Star, among other commendations, for his service in
Iraq as a U.S. Army officer following the attacks of September 11, 2001.
In a crowded field of candidates only one candidate has the prosecutorial experience to run an effective D.A.'s office.
In 11 years as an assistant D.A., James Angelino personally prosecuted more than 190 criminal cases to a verdict. He created and oversaw a DWI Prosecution Unit and
personally provided hundreds of hours of advanced training to prosecutors and police officers around the state.
The Collin County District Attorney's office is no place for on the job training. James Angelino has spent over 20 years of his life working to protect the
people of Texas and the United States. Never before have the challenges to public safety and our quality of life been greater, and only James Angelino knows first-hand
what it takes to protect the public from crime.
